Role Description:
The role involves cultivating and nurturing long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. The incumbent will ensure excellent client experience by collaborating with other teams.
Core Responsibilities:
The responsibilities include:
Explain the investment philosophy to client and ensure alignment
Conduct investment discussions with existing/ prospective clients, independently or in consultation with investment management team
Ensure required compliance requirements are adhered to
Address client queries in a timely and proactive manner
Cultivate strong relationships
Represent client to internal team and provide feedback on service and portfolio requirements
There are no financial targets. The only objective is ensuring client delight and engagement
Skills:
Client and service orientation
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Understanding of financial markets
Ability to engage with clients in a non-transactional manner

Qualification/Experience:
MBA (preferred but not mandatory) or Postgraduate from reputed institutes
2-5 years’ experience in relationship management role in any industry
Strong academic track record
