Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving & achieving the monthly corporate sales
  • Market Mapping, Competition mapping in the geography
  • Cross sell new products and offerings, as per the launches from time to
  • Proactively identify sales prospects and do business development activities in the
  • Coordination with internal teams & various departments to accomplish the task
  • Make daily sales calls to develop
  • Monitor business growth regularly and maintain consistency in
  • Identify and acquire new clients and strengthen relationships with tagged existing
  • Efforts shall be to achieve assigned annual targets i.e. Gross, Net Sales, Asset growth, client activation / acquisition etc.
  • Monitoring of Sales Metrics and adhering to processes viz. MIS, CRM Platform – Talisma, Activities, Call Reports etc.
  • Work within the Compliance and Legal boundaries set by the regulatory bodies and internal framework.
