JOB PURPOSE:

External communication forms the backbone of how any brand gets built, especially a new one. This role will be responsible for creation of all customer (investor/distributor) facing stimuli that includes brand building, service and product promotion.

We are looking for an energetic, passionate marketing communications expert to help us launch various
products and increase our brand saliency. You’ll work across all levels and departments of our organization to build a compelling narrative for all our propositions.

You will build and implement the company’s communication strategy and leverage new formats to
continuously refresh the way we communicate across digital and offline channels.

In this role, you will be
responsible for brand and product marketing across practices such as communications, content marketing, trade marketing and social media marketing.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Brand & Communications Strategy
– Identify, measure and drive key brand KPIs with a timely update to all stakeholders
– Build and implement the communications strategy to meet business objectives like increase in traffic,
leads, product awareness
– Develop strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast, digital and owned
platforms to build the credibility of our brand.
– To grow the awareness of the brand through various channels like content, business communication
and more.
– Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, monitor key brand metrics and competitors’
activities.
– Own all brand marketing activities, customer insights, content strategy and in-house design.
Communications production
– Complete responsibility for all on and off-us communication to drive traffic and impact business
– Ability to write/edit clear and concise content unique to the platform, and influence/direct designers
and art directors for creative layouts
– Develop compelling narratives for product marketing as well as brand marketing initiatives
– Manage ATL/BTL creative development apart from the digital communication to drive performance
marketing
– Ensure that there is cohesion of voice, positioning, look, tone and feel at all points of engagement.
– Increase CTR, OR and other critical metrics for all communication produced
– Manage the expansive agency and freelancer ecosystem to support high-scale content production
– To measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
Content Marketing
– Develop a comprehensive content marketing strategy to drive SEO as well as brand awareness
– Creating both long and short form content including documents, audio, videos, logos, slide
presentations, spreadsheets and websites, landing pages, product pages, blog posts etc.
– Implementing SEO best practices to ensure all content ranks well and demonstrates an
understanding of its target audience
– Drive Content Marketing initiatives including but not limited to content placements, DPR, etc.
– Ensure adherence brand guidelines
Trade Marketing
– Develop and maintain digital content and media strategy and structure representing the complete
portfolio and value propositions in a consistent and impactful way for ensuring maximum sales
support and traction.
– Develop various sales support and merchandise
– Plan and schedule promotional events and on-ground activation
New capabilities
– Drive the development of content capabilities around production, automation, distribution and
amplification, thereby leading to a reduction in TAT and costs
– Identifying opportunities for new formats and channels for marketing
Organization development
– You will be leading a team of creative/right-brained individuals – both on and off-roll. You are
expected to manage their motivations, emotions and careers.
– Multi-level stakeholder management within and outside the organization
– To ensure that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing
expectations with various stakeholders.
