Some of the key responsibilities of this role are:
Having a thorough understanding of the financial landscape with a focus on innovative products – especially around Real Estate.
Should have the knowledge and acumen to sell advanced products like REITs and pitch solutions to Key Distributors, Family Offices and Ultra HNIs.
Empanel and manage key focus distributors across the spectrum including Banks, National and Regional Distributors, Key IFAs etc.
Build new distribution partnerships and penetration opportunities within the target segment.
Focusing and developing new areas in terms of business expansion, identifying potential clients and to increase market share.
Manage key institutional clients
Coordinate troubleshoot of operational issues, if any.
The role will require direct interface with Ultra HNI clients, national level distributors and Company Senior Management. A mature person with the ability to promote & sell and discuss the markets with ease would be an ideal fit.
Requirements
The successful candidate for this role will need to possess the following skills and experience:
A good understanding of all financial products especially Real Estate
Strong selling skills & commercial acumen
Good verbal and written communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
The inclination to work in a client facing, sales role
Ideally a post graduate with at least 6 – 10 years of experience
Candidates who do not meet the experience / educational qualifications but have a passion for sales are also welcome to apply.
Candidates from with AIF, PMS and Mutual Fund background will be preferred.
Educational qualification:
MBAs/CAs with 4 to 8 years of relevant work experience
