Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10 to 12 yrs experience in BFSI sector with majority experience in wealth management hiring.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.

 

Job Description:

Core Purpose of the Role:

  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various methods, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to potential candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, coordinating with hiring managers and teams.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
  • Reference Checks: Conduct reference checks to verify the accuracy of a candidate’s work history and qualifications.
  • Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the hiring process, including background checks and onboarding.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Maintain a network of potential candidates for current & future job mandates.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process.
  • Data and Reporting: Maintain recruitment data, generate reports, and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to enhancing the organization’s employer brand to attract top talent.
