Key roles and responsibilities include:
1. Integration of BSE star platform to create and manage best in class customer execution
platform.
2. Develop and execute investment strategies for mutual fund portfolio aiming to achieve
optimal returns basis risk profile of individuals.
3. Create a strong SIP book and cross sell mutual funds to existing customers.
4. Interact with customers through emails, webinars, meetings to address their queries, and
provide information about fund performance.
5. Stay informed about market trends, new developments, competition benchmarking.
6. Create very strong differentiations in terms of discovery and decision making which can
help customers to take informed decisions.
7. Complete understanding of compliance framework to monitor and follow mutual funds
investment guidelines.
8. Product enhancements and feature addition on continuous basis to be with changing
market trends.
9. Complete ownership and execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual AoP (annual operating
plan)
10. Collaborate and work closely with technology team for development of new features, with
marketing team for designing creatives, marketing campaigns, social media campaigns to
get desired customers on to the platform, customer service to understand queries of
customers by resolving them and incorporating any gaps in the product.
