Key roles and responsibilities include:
1. Create and articulate compelling product vision for subscription plan, for both internal and
external stakeholders.
2. Design, develop and execute subscription plans based product offering.
3. Work closely with cross functional teams to create offerings which help in creating value
plans fulfilling customer expectations.
4. Should have deep understanding of customer need gap, current pain points, customer
preferences. Create new subscription offering/pack basis type of customer (eg. NTM)
5. Develop effective pricing models of subscription plans to choose from along with
positioning our subscription offering to maximise adoption and revenue.
6. Define the life cycle of customers and create the right pitch of subscription plan at various
stages with compelling offers. Create a complete step by step follow-up plan to reach
closure.
7. Strong digital marketing experience of promoting these plans through various in app, in web
promos targeting the right customers at the right time.
8. Should do webinars with prospective and existing customers to drive business of
subscriptions.
9. Collaborate and work closely with technology team for development of new features, with
marketing team for designing creatives, marketing campaigns, social media campaigns to
get desired customers for subscribing to plans, customer service to understand queries of
customers by resolving them and incorporating any gaps in the product.
10. Complete ownership and execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual AoP (annual operating
plan)
